Job description
First Children Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA-based interventions in Mays Landing, NJ. You will supervise technicians, develop data-driven plans, and ensure fidelity of services for children with diverse needs.
You will collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized goals, while documenting progress and training caregivers in effective strategies.
