Job description

RightWay ABA is seeking BCBA clinicians to join our Hudson County, NJ team. The role involves conducting observations, developing and supervising treatment plans, and guiding RBTs across center-based and in-home settings.

We offer flexible scheduling and a hybrid work model with remote supervision, plus administrative support to manage scheduling, billing, and operations. Part-time caseloads begin at two cases with potential for full-time growth.
