Job description
Lume Search Partners is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our ABA team in Washington, DC. The role provides clinical oversight, develops individualized ABA treatment plans, and ensures high-quality care for children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, analyzing data, and providing parent training. The position requires BACB ethics compliance and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a pediatric therapy
