Job description
Kids Connections Developmental Therapy Center is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA services across our California clinics. You will develop and oversee individualized programs, conduct assessments, and guide treatment decisions to support children and families.
As a clinician-owned practice, you will collaborate with OT and Speech teams, provide supervision, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings. Travel between Santa Maria and San Luis Obispo locations is required.
