Job description
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid/remote/on-site role in Moorestown, NJ. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, and adjust individualized treatment plans to drive meaningful outcomes for children with special needs.
We offer a competitive salary between 85k and 95k, a comprehensive benefits plan, a monthly incentive up to 6000, a small caseload, and strong administrative support from a Clinical Manager.
