Job description
First Children Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based role in Mount Laurel, NJ. The position offers full-time (exempt) and part-time options, with a compensation range of $80,000–$86,000 annually and bonus eligibility.
The BCBA will conduct functional behavioral assessments, design and supervise interventions, and collaborate with school teams. A Master's degree, BCBA certification, and NJ licensure are required, with 2+ years of autism experience.
