Job description
Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in Windsor, Colorado. This is a full-time, school-based opportunity from September 2026 through January 2027, with LOA coverage.
You will conduct FBAs and develop BIPs, provide consultation to teachers and families, collaborate with special and general education teams, monitor progress, and ensure implementation of evidence-based strategies across classrooms. Competitive pay and benefits are included.
