Job description
ALAY Home Care in New Jersey is urgently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight of ABA services across all NJ counties. The BCBA will supervise RBTs and aides, conduct functional assessments, develop and revise Behavior Intervention Plans, train staff, monitor data and progress, and ensure compliance with ABA standards and DDD guidelines.
