Job description
Gersh Autism Academy is seeking a dynamic BCBA to coordinate, schedule, communicate and continually evaluate functional assessments, behavioral evaluations, behavior plans and IEPs for clients on their caseload at our Downtown Brooklyn centers.
The BCBA will design treatment plans, provide parent and staff training, and supervise BCBAs and RBTs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality ABA services.
