Job description
Highmark Inc. is seeking a National Account Executive to lead operational compliance, performance, and strategic positioning with BCBSA and CHP. This role acts as Highmark’s ambassador to blue plans and manages relationships across Finance, Legal, Actuary, and Sales teams.
The candidate will coordinate with executive leadership on national strategies, oversee inter-plan policy changes, and support governance committees. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
