We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BD and Marketing Executive specializing in Electrical Safety and Earthing solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our range of electrical safety and earthing products and services. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, sales prowess, and marketing creativity to effectively communicate the value proposition of our critical safety solutions to a diverse client base.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape within the electrical safety and earthing sector.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital outreach.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers in industrial, commercial, and governmental sectors.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and effective communication of product features and benefits, especially concerning electrical safety standards and earthing principles.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, print, events) to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Create engaging marketing content, including brochures, case studies, website copy, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and seminars to promote our solutions and network with potential clients.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
Stay updated with the latest industry regulations, safety standards, and technological advancements in electrical safety and earthing.
Manage the sales pipeline and customer data effectively using CRM software.
