nnnPay: $17 -Dependent on experience. Bonuses based on: Individual Appointments Shown/Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.

nnSchedule: The hours will be 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays off.

nWhat You'll Do
nnnRespond via email and phone to Internet Leads
n
nnDetermine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions
n
nnSet appointments for service department and follow up to confirm
n
nnEnsure a positive customer experience
n
nnIntroduce customers to service team
n
nnEnter customer information into CRM
n
nnOutbound and inbound customer phone calls.
n
n nWhat You'll Bring
nnnAutomotive Service BDC is required
n
nnStrong focus on providing best-in-class customer service
n
nnOutstanding follow-up skills
n
nnAbility to maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of calls
n
nnStrong communication skills –both verbal and written
n
nnExcellent computer skills including CRM proficiency
n
nnHighly organized with attention to detail

n nTotal Rewards
nThe (Hourly) Wage for this position is ($17 ) dependent on experience. Bonuses based on: Individual Appointments Shown/Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.
nActual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience , job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
