Join Our Team as an Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator!
Are you a customer-focused professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for the automotive industry? BMW of San Luis Obispo is looking for a friendly and reliable Service Appointment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you'll schedule service appointments, manage daily calendars, and ensure a seamless experience from the moment customers call to the moment their vehicle is ready. Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and establishes follow-up with service appointments.
Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
Utilize CRM tracking system daily (training provided.)
Qualifications:
Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Valid driver's license
