This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communication, setting appointments, and nurturing leads through consistent follow-up. This position plays a critical role in generating showroom traffic and supporting the sales department. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, comfortable on the phone, and confident using CRM systems.Schedule: Day and evening shifts as scheduled, Monday through Sunday.ResponsibilitiesRespond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries promptly, professionally, and accuratelyMake high-volume outbound calls to follow up on sales leadsSchedule and confirm sales appointmentsMaintain accurate records in the dealership CRM systemUtilize phone scripts, email templates, and text messaging toolsNurture leads through consistent follow-up communicationSupport the sales team with appointment coordinationMaintain positive working relationships with teammates and managementQualificationsStrong computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM systemsPrevious customer service or call center experience preferredAutomotive experience is a plus but not requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPositive, energetic, and team-oriented attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environmentStrong organizational and follow-up skillsWhy Join Best Automotive GroupWe invest in our people through continuous learning opportunities, manufacturer-backed certification programs, and clear paths for advancement.
