You'll be the first contact for customers exploring new and used Lexus vehicles, managing inbound leads via phone, email, and online chat while scheduling appointments for our sales team. nWhat You'll Bring
nnn3+ years of call center, telemarketing, or business development experience
n
nnAdditional experience in retail, hospitality, or administrative roles welcomed
n
nnFamiliarity in basic computer systems and CRM tools
n
nnProficient in converting leads and overcoming objection over the phone
n
nnDemonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and retention
n
n nWhat You'll Do
nnnGather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
n
nnSchedule solid Sales appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads, and service and parts customers.
n
nnDevelop knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
n
nnUtilize computer and phone skills within our BDC Department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.

n nTotal Rewards
nThe hourly wage for this position is $16.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
