BDC Sales Associate / ReceptionistAudi Hawthorne – Hawthorne, NYSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMAudi Hawthorne is seeking a BDC Sales Associate / Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and enjoys working with customers in a fast-paced dealership environment.As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience while supporting our sales team with inbound leads, phone calls, and appointment scheduling.ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct incoming dealership phone callsRespond to internet sales inquiries and customer leadsSchedule appointments for the sales teamGreet customers entering the dealership and assist with check-inFollow up with prospective customers via phone, text, and emailMaintain accurate records in the CRM systemQualificationsPrevious customer service, receptionist, or BDC experience preferredAutomotive dealership experience is a plus but not requiredStrong communication and phone skillsComfortable working with computers and CRM systemsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision coveragePaid Vacation, Sick, and Personal Time401(k) with employer contributionOpportunity for growth within the dealershipIf you are customer-focused, organized, and looking to build a career in the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply.
