BDC Service Associate - Genesis of Ridgefield
Genesis of Ridgefield is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive BDC Service Associate to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Genesis of Ridgefield, Ridgefield, CT
What You'll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound service calls
Schedule and confirm service appointments
Follow up with customers regarding upcoming, missed, and recommended services
Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records in the CRM
Communicate effectively between customers and the Service Department
Provide a professional and positive customer experience
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills
Professional, upbeat, customer-first attitude
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
Previous BDC, call center, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
MyKarma and CDK experience preferred, but not required
