Serra Auto Campus is seeking a full-time Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to engage guests and schedule vehicle maintenance and repair appointments, while delivering outstanding customer service. You will answer inquiries, book through phone, email, and text, and support service advisors to optimize scheduling.
