The individual in this role will be responsible for handling all incoming phone calls for service, as well as confirming service appointments and performing follow-up.Business Development Center Service Coordinator Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming customer calls and direct them to the appropriate dealership resourceAnswer Service questions and schedule Service appointments for customers over the phone and in personPlace outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with no-shows to rescheduleRespond quickly to internet and phone inquiries with follow-up calls and emailsCashiering and cash handlingKeeping positive relationships with teammates, service teams and dealership managementBusiness Development Center Service Coordinator Qualities and RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be comfortable answering phonesMust have strong computer skillsAbility to multi-task and work well under pressureBi-lingual strongly preferredTeam player attitudePrompt and courteousEnthusiastic personalityWilling to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screenAble to lift up to 15 lbs unassistedFull-time benefits offered:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceRetirement benefitsEmployee discounts
