Our Business Development Representatives are intellectually curious and results-driven professionals looking to jumpstart their careers.As a Business Development Representative, you will act as an extension of our customers' sales team to develop and execute business development strategies. You will be exposed to a wide variety of sales and marketing programs and business challenges from day one, which significantly enhances your professional perspective. Then, email a roughly 1-minute video of yourself answering the following prompt:What qualities do you possess that would make you a successful BDR?Essential Functions:Work with both the FullFunnel team and clients to develop and execute business development strategiesResearch and understand target audiences and build and deploy email, social, and calling campaigns to reach and convert those audiencesCold call prospects to discover and qualify sales opportunities to meet client goals and KPIsWork closely with Account Director and Operations teams to deliver high-quality sales development servicesDeploy prospecting campaigns using tele-prospecting, email, and social channelsCoordinating with Sales Operations on sales enablement initiatives, list and audience building, and campaign deploymentRequirements:Bachelor's Degree0-2 years work experience in related fieldAbility to learn and adapt to new strategies and technologiesMotivated to succeed in a fast-paced, team environmentIntellectually curious with intense desire to continuously learn new thingsCoachable, driven, and hard-workingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools is a plusFullFunnel is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
