Job description
Novastone Capital Advisors is seeking a seasoned executive to partner with us as Chief Executive Officer of an SME acquired through our OLBO program. You will lead a rigorous 24-month search and, if selected, assume the CEO role to drive growth and value creation.
Candidates should have 15+ years of leadership with P&L, an MBA, and a track record across Business Services, Software/Tech-Enabled, or Distribution & Logistics in the US.
