Job description
Society of Critical Care Medicine in Lewes, Delaware seeks an Emergency Medicine physician for an independent, physician-owned group with two sites and a planned new ED opening in 2027. The group offers an 18-month path to equal partnership with full voting rights, a revenue-based earnings model, and a transparent compensation package.
Shifts are about 14 per month, 10 hours at the hospital and 12 hours at freestanding EDs; total annual visits exceed 65,000.
