(excludes PRN Staff; Attendance and Performance considered)Texas HCS, Inc. is now hiring Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN Caregiver staff positions in the Beaumont area to work with Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities in a group home setting.Texas HCS, Inc. house and serve over 300 individuals with intellectual disabilities statewide in group homes, natural-residential settings, and in the foster care model from six regional satellite offices.Personal care of individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. The ideal candidate would have Caregiving, Direct Support and/or Direct Care, C.N.A. or Home Health experience. To support our population of individuals one must be fun, clean, mature, dependable, organized, respectful, and patient in challenging situations.On the job Training provided!Shifts available :Full Time: Monday - Friday; Hours: 4PM - 12AMFull Time: Tuesday - Saturday; Hours: 12AM - 8AMPart Time: Saturday - Sunday; Hours: 8AM - 8PMPart Time : Saturday - Sunday; Hours: 8PM - 8AMPart Time : Monday - Friday; Hours: 9AM - 1PMPRN as needed.Opportunity to get additional hours as you're willing.Caregiver Duties include :Assistance with Grooming and ToiletingAssistance with Meal Preparation and Mealtime MonitoringAssistance with Medication AdministrationHouse Cleaning (i.e., Sweeping, Mopping, Laundry etc.)Driving company vehiclesSpecialized DocumentationSupervision during recreational activitiesCommunication with outside family members and office staff.Benefits:Health Insurance (after 90 days)401K (after 1 year)Vacation (2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years)QualificationsQualifications:Valid and current Texas Driver's LicenseClear Background CheckClear DMV CheckHigh School Diploma or Equivalent Proof of EducationNo confirmation of Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation of an elderly or disabled personNo history of Medicaid fraud.
