Job description
Neato is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for its Beauty portfolio to own the profit and loss and drive contribution margin across Amazon 1P/3P, DTC, and other channels. You set pricing, protect the buy box, manage stock, and own the promotional calendar and reimbursements with accountability for results.
You will partner daily with Supply Chain, Creative, Ads, and Finance to optimize availability, margins, and ROAS, lead demand generation, and communicate weekly performance to senior leadership.
