Beauty ConciergeThe ideal Beauty Concierge candidate is detail oriented, results driven, and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.A day in the life…Greet and direct customers, assist customers with cosmetic inquiries/products and a variety of other servicesPossess knowledge of the cosmetics area in order to provide customers and employees with information and directionsSupport store operations by being a general store resource for customers and employeesMaintain a high level of confidentialityMake deliveries to customersYou own this if you have…Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customersAbility to suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeopleStrong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong decision-making and problem-solving skillsPhysical Requirements:Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pullingHandle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 poundsPay Range DetailsThe pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws.
