Job description
Ulta Beauty in Tinley Park, IL seeks an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team across salons, boutiques and retail, driving guest experience and top-line sales. You will coach stylists, estheticians and guest coordinators to deliver exceptional service and results.
You will also manage staffing, scheduling, training and policy adherence to ensure financial targets are met while fostering accountability and a culture of service excellence throughout the store.
