Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, guest coordinators, and sales professionals. You will own guest experience, drive top-line sales, and ensure services, boutiques, and retail meet goals while maintaining brand standards.
This role requires a passion for beauty, strong leadership, and the ability to coach staff, manage schedules, and analyze KPIs like NPS. Bachelor's preferred; 2–3+ years retail management experience; full-time with benefits.
