Ulta Beauty in Woodinville, WA seeks an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads, driving guest experience and top-line growth across services and retail.
This full-time leadership role requires 2–3+ years in retail management, a preferred Bachelor’s degree, and cosmetology licensing as required by state law. You will coach staff, manage schedules and payroll, and ensure policy compliance to deliver outstanding results.
