Job description
Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a salon and boutique team, drive guest satisfaction, and deliver top-line sales growth across services and retail.
As EM, you will manage makeup applications, skincare analysis, product demonstrations, and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences, while upholding Ulta Beauty policies and standards. Travel and scheduling flexibility may be required.
