Job description
Pattern is seeking a Director of Beauty to own end-to-end planning, forecasting, and inventory strategy for high-profile beauty brands. You will lead a team of Associate Directors and Managers, partnering with Finance and Brand Growth to set budgets and drive profitable growth.
You will shape assortment, manage brand partner relationships at the executive level, and drive inventory productivity across the organization. The role is hybrid, based in Lehi, Utah.
