Job description
PCA Group of Companies is seeking a Director of Business Development & Omnichannel Growth, Beauty to drive partnerships and omnichannel expansion. You will open doors, build trust, and negotiate deals while coordinating with leadership, sales, operations, ecommerce, marketing, and logistics.
This in-house role in Ronkonkoma, NY requires strategic, hands-on leadership with energy and excellent follow-up. Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, travel as needed.
