Job description
Sally Beauty in Waco, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store associates, drive customer experiences, and uphold brand standards.
You will develop strategies to hit KPIs, coordinate with the Store Manager, and ensure inventory control, scheduling, and omni-channel operations.
Candidates should have 3+ years in retail, prior leadership, strong communication, and a flexible schedule. Cosmetology license is a plus.
