Job description
Jones Road Beauty is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations for the new Houston, TX location opening in November. You will assist the Store Manager in maximizing sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining visual and operating standards.
The role involves acting as Manager-on-Duty in the Store Manager's absence, coaching associates, and driving sales through floor supervision and Vilson clienteling skills.
