Sephora in Norwalk, CT is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the SoNo Collection to lead a dynamic team and elevate the client experience. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive daily operations, sales, and service standards in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment.
You’ll recruit and coach talent, deliver real-time feedback, and ensure Sephora’s standards while maintaining an inviting, well-organized store.
