Job description
Ulta Beauty in Fort Collins, CO seeks a General Manager to drive store performance and guest experiences. You will lead 4–5 store and salon/services managers, champion Ulta’s mission, and ensure adherence to brand standards while delivering top-line sales growth.
You’ll oversee payroll planning, scheduling, inventory control and loss prevention, while coaching teams to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction in a vibrant beauty environment.
