Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a single store, including the salon, with a focus on top-line sales growth, guest service, and operational excellence.
The GM manages a team of managers and is accountable for all aspects of store performance, including payroll, budgeting, and compliance. You will attract, hire, and develop a diverse team, schedule staff, and ensure a culture of accountability, service and beauty expertise while driving profitability and guest satisfaction
