Job description
Ulta Beauty is seeking a General Manager to lead a single store, including the salon, and drive top-line sales and guest experience. You will oversee a team of managers, manage performance, and ensure efficiency through standardized processes to achieve company goals.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred and 3–5+ years in retail management is expected. The role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; travel may be required.
