Job description
Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise store associates, drive sales, and uphold brand standards in our New Mexico location. You will support the Store Manager with hiring, coaching and daily operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Candidates should have 3+ years in retail with at least 1 year in a leadership role, strong communication, and scheduling availability. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
