Job description
Ulta Beauty is seeking a General Manager to lead a single store (including the salon) and drive top-line sales growth through a high-performing team. You will oversee performance, people, and process, ensuring profitability and a strong guest experience across all store operations.
The GM will manage payroll, scheduling, inventory, and compliance, while coaching managers and associates to develop talent and uphold Ulta Beauty standards. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.
