Job description
Sephora in Saint George, UT is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the heartbeat of the store. You will support operations, lead and develop the team, and elevate the client experience.
You’ll recruit and onboard new talent, coach staff, and drive performance and engagement. The role requires on-site work and evening/weekend availability, with reward through a base salary and bonuses.
