Job description
Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager in Gilbert, AZ to assist the Store Manager in all store operations and team leadership. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving KPIs, and maintaining brand standards across in-store and omnichannel channels.
The Assistant Manager will help hire and develop staff, supervise daily activities, and ensure payroll and scheduling align with business needs while upholding safety and loss-prevention practices.
