Job description
CosmoProf, part of Sally Beauty Holdings, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Minnesota location. You will coach and develop a team, elevate the customer experience, and drive sales through strong operations and service.
You will oversee inventory, budget adherence, safety, and appearance of the store, while nurturing a fun, results-driven culture that reflects our passion for hair and beauty. Qualifications include 3+ years in retail, 1 year in sales leadership, and a customer-first mindset.
