nAs a Beauty Studio Advisor, you bring the Beauty Studio experience to life through personalized recommendations, product demonstrations, beauty expertise, and authentic guest connections. You inspire discovery and confidence by making beauty approachable, inclusive, and easy to shop by helping guests explore trends, find solutions tailored to their needs, and build routines that fit their lifestyle and budget. Through meaningful, service-led interactions, you create memorable experiences that drive guest loyalty, basket-building, and sales growth.

n• Driving guest loyalty through exceptional service and inspiring experiences that build trust and repeat visits
n• Providing personalized beauty products and regimen recommendations through guest engagement, product knowledge, sampling events and service-led selling
n• Retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies
n• Beauty product knowledge including beauty brands, seasonal trends, cosmetics and various skincare products and fragrance
n• Leveraging digital tools and AI-powered resources to enhance the guest experience and personalize recommendations
nAs a Beauty Studio Advisor, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
nnnCreate an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments:

nnGreet:
n
nn10ft: be friendly – smile, make eye contact, or wave
n
nn4ft: greet the guest, smile and initiate a warm, helpful interaction
n
nnHelp guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
n
nnEnd every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
n
nnActively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
n
nnAdjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
n
nnSupport guests with genuine interaction to understand their needs and what level of service they prefer; ask open-ended questions to provide appropriate recommendations, product knowledge, and drive sales.
n
nnPrioritize guest interaction and engagement while still completing tasks within the shop such as ensuring product is organized, in stock and signed correctly, pricing is accurate, cleaning and maintaining testers and sampling supplies, and completing changes to salesfloor merchandise displays.
n
nnEncourage guests to explore Beauty with confidence by making sure the area is clean, testers are available, and surprising and delighting them with product samples.
n
nnParticipate in weekly training focused on newness, industry trends, product knowledge, and guest engagement techniques to enable continuous development and drive sales performance.
n
nnFamiliarize yourself with prestige product ingredients and benefits; leverage training resources, product packaging, in-store marketing, and store tools.
n
nnAlways demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
n
nnWork in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
n
nnAll other duties based on business needs.

n nThe good news is that we have some amazing training that will help teach you everything you need to know to be a Beauty Studio Advisor . But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:
nnn12+ months previous beauty retail experience preferred, but not required
n
nnStrong interest and knowledge of beauty and skincare products
n
nnWelcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
n
nnAbility to communicate on multiple frequencies devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
n
nnEffective communication skills
n
nnWork both independently and with a team
n
nnResolve guest questions quicklyon the spot
n
nnCapability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframe
n

nnnAccurately handle mobile POS operations as needed

nnClimb up and down ladders
n
nnScan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others
n
nnFlexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks
n
nnCapable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
n
nnAbility to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).
n
