Provide exceptional customer service
and a unique experience for Victoria Beckham
Beauty clients by achieving sales goals, executing
counter plans, and building clientele portfolios.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and experience to all clients
Listen considerately to customer needs and create customized solutions that uphold the Victoria Beckham Beauty standards
Achieve sales goals and specific KPIs while striving to overachieve all standards
Uphold Victoria Beckham Beauty image and counter hygiene standards
Adhere to all VBB policies and best practices including Time & Attendance, Grooming, Meal & Rest Breaks, etc.
Qualifications
2+yrs in sales, preferably in luxury and beauty
Makeup artistry skills preferred
Passionate about the luxury beauty environment, artistry and selling/clienteling
Demonstrated excellence in delivering exceptional service to clients
Proven ability to productively achieve goals
Exceptional communication, relationship-building and strong problem solving skills
Collaborative and driven to succeed individually and as a team
Self-reliant and driven; able to work in both a fast paced and slower environment
