Responsibilities:
* Work alongside the team to deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service
* Support daily operations and site performance
* Work alongside the team to deliver fast, friendly service
* Train, coach, and develop team members
* Ensure excellent customer service and consistent wash quality
* Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage
* Help lead team performance and maintain operational standards
* Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
* Complete cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting procedures
* Help manage inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance needs
* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility
* Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the team
What We're Looking For:
* Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Mechanically inclined or willing to learn basic equipment troubleshooting
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Availability to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends
* Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds
* Reliable, organized, and accountable
