Beck's Car Wash Manager - Peoria Area

Beck's Car Wash in the Peoria area is seeking a hands-on Manager to oversee daily operations, develop employees, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:
* Lead daily operations and site performance
* Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
* Ensure excellent customer service and wash quality
* Create schedules and manage staffing levels
* Handle customer concerns and resolve issues
* Oversee cash handling, inventory, and reporting
* Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility
What We're Looking For:
* Leadership or management experience
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Weekend availability
* Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds
