Job description
Yale New Haven Health seeks a Clinical Bed Manager to oversee admissions, discharges and transfers across the system, ensuring safe, timely patient flow and optimal bed utilization.
The role requires a nursing degree, CT RN license, and at least five years in a clinical setting with leadership experience. You will collaborate with ED, OR and inpatient teams to support throughput and service excellence.
