Job description
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Case Manager RN UR/Bed Planner in Illinois to determine appropriate level of care and admission status, coordinating bed placement and patient flow. You will collaborate with physicians and nursing leadership to ensure smooth admissions and efficient utilization of resources.
Responsibilities include reviewing criteria, managing transfers in the EMR, and analyzing throughput and Medicare criteria while supporting risk management and quality teams.
