The Welder plays a key role in delivering durable, high-performance products.Welder ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding per specifications and supervisor guidanceAssemble components and truck bed structures accuratelyInspect welds and finished assemblies for quality standardsTrack time and materials used for each jobUse tools, jigs, and fixtures properlyMaintain a clean and organized workspaceFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPECommunicate issues or needs to leadershipAll other duties as assigned by managementWelder Skills and CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipAbility to read and interpret weld and assembly specificationsProblem-solving mindset with focus on qualityDependable and team-orientedWelder QualificationsExperience with MIG welding requiredAbility to read production orders and safety documentationFamiliarity with measuring tools and gaugesBasic troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing settingPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as neededFrequent bending, lifting, and manual workWork EnvironmentIndoor manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes.
