Job description
Ultipro in Morristown, Indiana, is seeking an individual contributor to trim and break down sub primals of various beef cuts according to customer specs. You will use specialized trimming equipment and must recognize out-of-spec products, reporting any deficiencies to the lead.
The role requires knife skills, equipment upkeep, and strict adherence to safety and GMP practices. Candidates with 0–1 year of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
